Marion Kimmet is a well known barmaid at the Mayfield clubhouse having served members and visitors for 20 years. Marion has decided to retire from service to enjoy her social life on Saturdays and spend some time on the other side of the bar. Her fun and welcoming personality has shone throughout those 20 years and she has been well known for her banter and getting lively players under control during after match festivities. The Athletic Union management groups over Marion's career in the rugby club would like to thank Marion for her excellent work for the club and will miss her very much. We hope she thoroughly enjoys her retirement and look forward to seeing her visit the club in the future.

To celebrate Marion's years of unstinting work for the club there will be a small social event in the Mayfield clubhouse on Friday 25 October. Members of the club who have grown to know Marion well over the years are welcome to attend to say cheerio to a great character.
