Great to get a win on the road at Stirling! After a fairly honest week at training with some hard truths being spoken, I asked the boys for a reaction and they did just that!

The scrum was dominant all game and we kept them out apart from a penalty, which is a massive improvement from the weeks prior. We are looking towards Melrose at home already that’s a different challenge!

I am pretty excited for this weekend, we have both squads playing at Mayfield for the first time this season, so the buzz around the club is good.

It’s always a high-tempo game against Melrose so really looking forward to seeing us kick on from beating Stirling. Melrose is a good side with some good players who attack the edge a lot and get good rewards out of it. We will focus on that and ourselves this week.
