This weekend we host Biggar, who narrowly won their opening match against Jed-Forest last weekend. Dundee Rugby showed what we are capable of, with a much improved second half performance our opening fixture against Glasgow Accies.
So Saturdays fixture has all the hallmarks for a cracking game of rugby, Dundee Rugby have a number of experienced players back in the team this weekend and will be pushing hard to register their first victory of the 2024/25 season.
Come along and give the team your support, and help make "fortress" Mayfield a place that no visiting team enjoys playing at.

Dundee Rugby’s National One campaign got off to a losing start at Glasgow Accies, but they did play 65 minutes a man down after a red card.
They are now looking for some home comforts at Mayfield as they host Biggar, who had a fine 32-28 win over Jed-forest in week one.
“We are very much looking forward to our first run out at Mayfield this weekend,” Dundee head coach Alan Clark said.
“Following our game against Glasgow Accies last week a lot of our new players now understand the level expected at National One.
“We have concentrated on the positives from last week, including the fact that we outscored our opponents in the second half.
“That showed our levels of fitness, resilience and belief as a squad.
“Training has been good with much more intensity and injured players coming back into the mix to give us a few positive selection headaches.”
Sean Gauld will captain Dundee as usual after his red card was overturned.
Dundee’s seconds are hosting Kinross.
